Quality Control and Monitoring Manual

Quality Assurance is a key element in Work Package 3. For this purpose, Quality Control is an integral part of the project and aims to ensure that objectives are met most effectively. The Quality Control and Monitoring Manual outline the main rules to be followed by the partners of the DIMTV project to ensure the highest possible quality of project activities, outputs and outcomes, and project management. Furthermore, this manual defines the quality expectations regarding the project deliverables, i.e. reports and documents, organization of events/workshops/training/meetings as well as the procedures for internal and external quality monitoring.

The Manual sets the minimum principles, requirements, and processes needed to implement an effective internal and external quality assurance and control of the DIMTV Project. It also provides the documents’ templates as annexes of the manual. Even though drafting of such a document was not planned within the project description, under the recommendations of the National Erasmus+ Office and the decision of the Steering Committee (SC), this Manual was developed in the frame of project WP3.

Most of the Quality measures in the project are assured by the work done by:

1. Steering Committee
2. Project Quality Control Board 
3. Expert consultants, evaluation, and control
