Project Management Plan

The Project Management Plan (PMP) aims to provide key information about the project, aims, and objectives, the role and responsibility of each project partner. PMP gives clear guidelines to all stakeholders about their tasks, what are the needs to successfully implement DiMTV. The main aim of the DiMTV project is to develop and implement Multimedia and Digital Television curricula in Albanian universities. Activities within the project framework are organized under five main WP, as listed below:

In this document, there is detailed information about the consortium, operations management tasks, deliverables, resource allocation, work plans, and operation procedures, financial Management procedures, reporting, costs, and budget transfer, communication management between all partners, channels, and documentation and Risk Management plan on risk assessment and risk mitigation approaches.
